Lisa-Jane is an experienced accredited business coach and organisational psychologist with extensive commercial experience underpinned by a career focusing on workplace people dynamics. Her work includes board effectiveness, cultural diagnostics, development programmes, 360 leadership initiatives, team coaching and coaching individuals in relation to leadership, high performance and resilience, lateral integration and career progression and transitions. Lisa-Jane has a particular interest in supporting and developing women in the workplace and also deep expertise within professional services.
Lisa-Jane’s coaching draws on over 13 years’ international experience as a successful employment lawyer both within a leading international law firm, Simmons & Simmons, and subsequently as a director in an international investment bank Nomura, giving her an excellent understanding of the demands of challenging and fast moving business environments.
Lisa-Jane combines her skills as a coach and an organisational psychologist with a highly intuitive and engaging approach and is driven by a desire to help clients unlock their true potential and to remove self-limiting beliefs.
