Gunraj Arora
Gunraj is a coach, facilitator, mindfulness practitioner and lawyer who has extensive experience across a wide client base in both the UK and Africa including law firms, corporates and SME’s.
Gunraj’s areas of expertise include strategy, leadership, transition, integration, business development and facilitation. These areas applied to the global business landscape, and in particular Africa, are of interest to him. Given his footprint and network in both jurisdictions, he has advised clients at board level on strategic matters such as operational commencement in Africa, new service offerings and global expansion.
Formerly, Gunraj gained experience within the legal sector where he qualified as a Solicitor at Nabarro (CMS) before moving onto Simmons & Simmons. He took his interest in Africa further by moving to Nairobi, Kenya setting up and implementing the first change management initiative at the largest East African legal practice Anjarwalla & Khanna. Through this work he was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in December 2017. He then gained significant commercial experience setting up a social property development company and international consultancy in Nairobi, Kenya.
